DUAL APPOINTMENT TO DRIVE MAJOR DEVELOPMENT AT EUROCENTRAL

TAL CPT Land Development Partnership LLP (TAL) has appointed Karen Campbell as Chief Executive and Angus Kennedy as Construction Director to drive and co-ordinate the new 330 million pounds development at Eurocentral. The development on the former Chunghwa site is the largest speculative business space project ever undertaken in Scotland. Karen Campbell takes up the position of Chief Executive. She previously worked for Montagu Evans property consultants where she held the position of Partner and headed up the Glasgow Business Space department. Karen has extensive experience in master planning, developing and letting large-scale office and industrial schemes throughout Scotland. Major developments in Scotland where she has been actively involved include Skypark, Central Quay, Glasgow Harbour and Nova Technology Park at Robroyston.
