The documents submitted indicate that a full plans application was submitted to the Council for the proposed building work in question, which you described as a two-storey extension and alterations to an existing two-storey, three bedroom, dwelling with a plan area of approximately 114m~2. On completion of the proposed work the building will be a two-storey, five-bedroom, dwelling with a ground floor plan area of approximately 190m~2 and first floor plan area of approximately 140m~2. In addition to increasing the overall size of the dwelling the proposed work also comprises extensive remodelling of the ground floor and a completely new layout for the first floor.
