Discovery of Annaran Oil Field in Khuzestan

Seismographic tests in Annaran region, which is located in the southwestern Iranian province of Khuzestan has now proven the existence of vast oil reserves in the region. A French expert, who is working as a technical observer in the seismographic testing operations of the said field has said that the tests in Annaran region started three years ago in order to ensure that there were oil reserves in the area. The aforementioned test finally confirmed the existence of vast oil reserves in the region.
