Twenty-six advanced sorghum genotypes collected from ICRISAT were screened against shoot fly [Atherigona soccata (Rondani)] and stem borer (Chilopartellus Swinhoe) under natural infestation conditions at the Forage Research Area, CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar during the rainy (kharif) seasons of 1994 and 1996. Each entry was sown in a single row of 3 m length, repeated thrice. Shoot fly and stem borer incidence was recorded in terms of deadhearts in each genotype at 30 and 50 days aftergermination, respectively.
