South Atlantic markets uneventful near term,but worrisome outlook grows on broad conditions

Many South Atlantic markets experienced modest price increases in roundwood and chips in the fourth quarter,effected more so by fuel cost (especially in December) and to a lesser extent by mill inventories (due to lost volumes of residual chips).
