AT A formal ceremony, SCHUNK, a specialist in clamping technology and gripping systems, opened its new Chinese headquarters in Shanghai.The company wants to push ahead with its investment programme and expand its local presence in China. Since 2003, SCHUNK has been represented in China with its own subsidiary that has witnessed consistent growth since its market introduction. SCHUNK Managing Partner, Henrik A. Schunk, called the new headquarters an important milestone in the 70-year history of the family-owned company.
