ELMHURST DEVELOPS FIRST ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE ACCREDITATION SCHEME

Elmhurst Energy Systems Ltd is in formal discussions with the Government (Department for Communities and Local Government) to launch an independent accreditation scheme to deliver Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) in the domestic market. The scheme will enable EPCs to be produced as required by the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) for all domestic markets including dwellings on completion of construction, point of sale, and the rental sectors. The scheme will be significantly streamlined and more cost effective.
