摘要

Plants of the diploid clon of Solanum tuberosum N67/1 were regenerated from protoplasts culture. Somaclones of N67/1 were phenotipiccally diferent to the original clon and they were assessed in a field trial. Statiscally significant variation was found in seven of the eight morphological traits and the also differed the colour and shape of flowers. Moreover, the yield from the somaclon was higher than the control plants haverst and variation in the cromosome number was observed. N67/1 an their somaclones were both resistant to PVX and PVY. The molecular characterization by the NCR-RAPD technique displayed a different pattern between N67/1 and their somaclones. The regeneration time in of the N67/1 somaclones was tong. This is in relation with the somaclonal variation evaluated.
