Interdependence of the andalusian agroalimentary production system in the decade of the eighty

摘要

The authors of this paper study Andalusian Agro-alimentary Production System (CPAA) by means of Triangulation input-output matrices. So, we can know the hierarchical order of several CPAA branches, and we can tell what kind of branches are input supplyngs and demanding. The eighty decade has supposed the consolidation of the cattle rasing and agricultural wich demand branches. The mayority of the branches have reduced their importance with supplices of Andalusian economy.
