INTRODUCTION OF AMENDED BUILDING REGULATION IN NORTHERN IRELAND

On 30 November 2006 the most comprehensive changes to the Building Regulations since 1994 will be introduced in Northern Ireland. Part F (Conservation of Fuel and Power), Part L (Heat Producing Appliances and LPG Installations), Part R (Access to and Use of Buildings), Part H (Stairs, Ramps and Guarding) and PartV (Glazing) and consequential other amendments will come into force following much heralded consultation and debate.
