摘要

Heat transfer conditions upon pool boiling of water-oil mixture are presented. Process peculiarities and its kinetics are characterized. Based on the experimental results, quantitative description of influence of oil concentration in mixture on heat transfer conditions has been performed. It has been found that boiling process of water-oil mixtures should be considered in terms of both steady and non-steady conditions, depending on the nature of mixture structures formed.
