COMPARISON OF HEAT FLUXES DURING CONTACT AND CONVECTION DRYING OF PAPER WEB IN SELECTED PAPER MACHINES*

摘要

Paper web drying process on the cylinder Yankee-air hood system is a result of inflow of heat from the cylinder and from the air striking with high speed on the upper web surface.Simple method of determining the heat fluxes and drying rates in such a system has been used for a some tissue paper machines with different drying parameters.
