Baraka, GBE to Drill in Georgina Basin

Baraka Petroleum has entered into a farm-out agreement with Texalta Petroleum's joint venturepartner, Georgina Basin Energy (GBE) in the Northern Territory. GBE will drill a test well on each ofpermits EP127 and EP128 in the Georgina Basin to earn a 50% interest in each permit, with the firstwell scheduled to start by Dec. 2010. The two permits, originally granted to Northern Territory OilLtd., are located immediately north and south of Texalta's permits EP103 and EP104.
