FROM INITIAL SURVEY TO FINISHED PITCH: AN UNUSUAL SITE IN SCOTLAND

This article is about a relatively small job that involved the creation of a football pitch/playing field on a hillside site.This was to be achieved by the cut and fill method. We will look at the drawing and computer modelling work that was requiredfor tendering purposes and also, as we have been provided with a good photographic record of the work, we are able to see the way these drawings relate to the actual work on site.
