Mosman to Acquire Trident Energy

Mosman Oil & Gas has entered into a binding Bid Implementation Agreement (BJA) pursuant to which it is proposing to acquire all of the issued shares in Trident Energy. The acquisition will complement and expand Mosman's regional exploration portfolio. Trident has three exploration assets located in the Canning, Amadeus and Otway basins, providing Mosman with exposure to both conventional and unconventional oil and gas opportunities.
