Pan-Ocean Energy said it will begin a four-well onshore exploration and development drilling program by the end of the first quarter of 2002. The company will spend USus9-million on the work. The project will start with the Tsiengui-1 exploration well on the Maghena permit, 8 km north of Pan-Ocean's Obangue production facilities.
