Parker Gets Sakhalin-1 Rig Contracts

Perker Drilling said the group developing the Sakhalin-1 project has awarded the company two contracts, for the construction and subsequent operation of a land-based drilling rig. Parker will design and build the extended-reach rig and deliver it to Russia.
