Petro-Canada has started up production from the Terra Nova field offshore Newfoundland (ION, 26 Nov 01, p 6). As of the middle of last week, first oil was on-board the floating production, storage and offloading vessel, and output had reached 75,000 b/d following the opening of the second well.
