Westbridge Acquires Ropat Stakes in 4 Licenses

Westbridge Energy has entered into a letter of intent with Ropat Petroleum Investments to acquire a majority interest in the offshore oil and gas exploration blocks 1911A, 1912B, 1910Aand201lA. Westbridge will now be the operator of the licenses with a 75% interest. Ropat will retain a 15% interest and the remaining 10% interest will be held by state-owned NAMCOR.
