Socar. PetroVietnam to Develop Azeri Fields

Azerbaijan's Socar and Vietnam's PetroVietnam have agreed to develop jointly onshore oil fields in Azerbaijan.The partners reached an agreement on the rehabilitation, exploration, extraction and production sharing of an onshore oil block, which includes three oil fields that had been developed during the Soviet regime.
