Shell said it will sell its interests in the Kaimiro and Ngatoro oil and gas fields to Greymouth Petroleum. Shell acquired the assets when it bought Fletcher Challenge Energy (FCE), but government approval of that deal called for Shell to dispose of several of the holdings (ION, 4 Feb 02, p6).
