Saipem has won a lump sum EPCI contract from Russia's Lukoil-Nizhnevolzhsk-fieft for two export pipelines connecting the riser block in the f/ladimir Filanovsky offshore field, in the Northern Caspian Sea, to the onshore shut-off valves, located 10 to 20 km from the coast, in the Kalmyk Republic.The scope of work covers the engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of a 22-in. diameter and 114-km oil pipeline, and of a 28-in. diameter and 114-km gas pipeline, in a maximum water depth of 6 m, along with related onshore pipelines of 10 to 20 km, respectively.
