Italy's Eni and UK-based independent Stratic Energy have submitted a formal development plan to the Italian authorities for the Longanesi field in the northern Po Valley.Stratic said Wednesday that the formal regulatory process would take at least 12 months and is expected to lead to the award of the San Potito and Bagnacavallo production concessions - along with consent for construction and drilling operations to start in 2010. Eni will operate the development, Stratic said.
