The former owners of Yukos said on Tuesday they had won a court ruling clearing the way for a claim of up to $100 billion against the Russian state over the way it broke up Russia's biggest oil company. Yukos' top shareholder GML told Reuters it aimed to win the right to seize Russian assets abroad if Moscow did not meet the claim, made under an international treaty designed to protect foreign investments in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
