Russia has agreed to fully abandon export duties on crude oil it delivers to Belarus, part of a larger set of agreements signed in Moscow on Thursday. The agreements are expected to provide the legislative basis for the establishment of a single economic zone within the recently set-up customs union, which also includes Kazakhstan.
