CNPC Builds Tianjin Storage

China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC) has started building commercial crude oil storage facilities in the port city of Tianjin, southeast of Beijing. According to press reports citing local authorities, CNPC plans to finish construction of the tanks in the Tianjin Binhai New Area by the end of this year.
