It will take at least three to four weeks be- fore normal supply and logistics networks are fully restored in France following a bout of labor strife (IOD Oct.27,p4). By Friday, workers at all but three of France's 11 working refineries had voted to return to work, although the remaining three - Total's Donges, Grandpuits and Feyzin - were expected to soon follow suit.
