LNG Export Plan Advances

The US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Ferc) has issued a favorable environmental assessment for plans to reexport LNG from Cheniere's Sabine Pass terminal on the US Gulf Coast.Ferc concluded that "approval of the proposed project, with appropriate mitigating measures, would not constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment."
