Gazprom Issues Bonds

Russian natural gas giant Gazprom plans to issue ruble-denominated bonds totaling 15 billion rubles ($485.8 million), bankers are reported as saying. The bonds will be placed on a book-building basis; sources say Gazprom has already opened the book, which will close in mid-June. Citi and Gazprombank have reportedly been chosen as bookrunners.
