Ukraine is looking for legal ways to cut natural gas imports from Russia as domestic demand collapses amid the global economic downturn. The subject will be on the agenda of a scheduled meeting in Moscow on Wednesday between Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and her Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin. "'We will discuss the issue, including the reduction of Ukraine's natural gas consumption," she said ahead of the visit. "I am sure the consumption plan will be corrected."
