Pimco Buys Gulf Spill Bonds

Pacific Investment Management Co. (Pim- co) said it is buying more debt of some of the companies involved in the oil spill disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. Pimco, which man- ages the world’s biggest bond fund, said it was “adding to positions in those names we favor” but did not cite specific companies.
