Shareholders of Russia's Bashneft renewed the company's board on Wednesday and in- creased the number of members from 11 to 13. Among the newcomers are Murtaza Rakhi- mov, who headed Russia's republic of Bashkor- tostan for some 20 years, and Yuri Pustovgarov, who served as his deputy prime minister. The other 11 members - mostly representatives of Bashneft's owner, telecommunications giant AFK Sistema - retained their positions.
