Fresh from inking a contract for a minority stake in an enhanced oil recovery (EOR) scheme in Bahrain, Abu Dhabi's state-run Mubadala Development aims to expand its oil and gas footprint in three core regions with the goal of eventually winning a new operatorship, incoming Chief Operating Officer Steve Peacock told International Oil Daily Wednesday.
