Japanese Stocks Up

Japanese products stocks edged up by 1.6% to 80.31 million bbl in the week ended Feb. 7, according to statistics released Thursday by the Petroleum Association of Japan.Jet fuel stocks led the rise, up 12% to 5.73 million bbl, followed by a 5.5% hike in kerosene stocks to 14.4 million bbl. Gasoline and fuel oil inventories also rose, by 3.2% and 3.7%, respectively. Gas oil stocks fell by 9.8% to 11.69 million bbl and naphtha levels dipped by 0.8% to 10.69 million bbl.
