Claim Filed Against DNO

Norway’s DNO said Monday that arbitration proceedings related to third-party interests in its Kurdistan acreage have reached a point where both parties have filed submissions regarding claim damages: The claimants have asked for $144 million, while DNO has responded that damages should be at a level of approximately $12 million. A hearing is scheduled for the last week of February, DNO said, followed by a final award with respect to compensation for damages during April or May.
