Ukraine Close to New IMF Deal

Ukraine has moved closer to securing re- newed financial support from the Interna- tional Monetary Fund (IMF), but to do so must undertake to limit the deficit of cash- strapped gas firm Naftogaz to within 1% of GDP this year.
