Australia's Arrow Energy, aiming to be the first company to produce LNG for export from coalbed methane (CBM), has secured a license to develop a A$550 million (US$484 million) pipeline that will move gas from its fields in Queensland's Surat Basin to its proposed plant near Gladstone.
