Korea's Crude Imports Fall

South Korea imported 2.1 million b/d of crude oil in July, 8.7% down on a year earlier, according to data from Korea National Oil Corp. (KNOC). Volumes from top supplier Saudi Arabia fell 8.7% to 643,000 b/d, while imports from the UAE tumbled by almost 25% to 365,000 b/d. Volumes from Indonesia and Russia more than doubled to 82,000 b/d and 67,000 b/d, respectively.
