Norway's StatoilHydro said Monday that it has brought the Tune South satellite well on stream and first gas flowed on Jul. 18. Tune South is tied back to the Oseberg field center via the Tune subsea pipeline. Statoil Senior Vice President Torstein Hole said gas output from Tune South is expected to be around 1.4 MMcm/d, which will account for 10% of the gas exported from the Oseberg field center.
