Woodside Petroleum, Santos, BHP Billiton and Apache are among oil and gas producers in Australia bracing for disruptions as a result of four days of strikes by shipping workers. Workers at Total Marine Services, which provides construction vessels and other logistical support for the firms, are carrying out two two-day strikes, including one that started Friday, the Maritime Union of Australia said. Some 25 ships are involved, affecting projects off the northwestern and southeastern coasts and the Timor Sea.
