US major Chevron has completed the sale of its Nigerian fuel marketing business, Chevron Nigeria Holdings, to Corlay Global, a Panamanian company owned by an Africa-based consortium made up of Nigeria's MRS Holdings and Cote d'Ivoire's state oil company, Petroci. The deal was announced in September 2008.
