EU Responds on Ukraine

The European Union on Thursday said it would send a team of top delegates on a factfinding mission to Moscow and Kiev after Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin warned of a new cut-off in gas to Europe, while the Ukrainians sought new credit lines to pay their outstanding bill.
