摘要

The eruption of a dispute about immigra- tion reform over the weekend derailed plans to introduce a major climate change and en- ergy bill in the US Senate this week. President Barack Obama and Congres- sional Democrats began signaling late last week that they would try to push forward legislation on immigration reform in the coming months — in addition to pursuing a bill that would impose limits on man-made emissions of greenhouse gases.
