Supplies to Thai state PTT’s Bangchak re- finery in Bangkok resumed Friday, although crude deliveries were to be restricted to be- tween 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Friday and Sat- urday, Pan Orient Energy Corp. said. The restrictions were because of a government curfew imposed after deadly clashes between the army and protestors in the Thai capital. Pan Orient said it expected deliveries to “re- vert to their normal schedule” on Sunday.
