Epsilon Inks Oman Deal

Canada's Epsilon Energy says it has been awarded a contract to explore for oil and gas in Block 55 in southern Oman after a competitive bidding process. The block was carved out of acreage relinquished by Petroleum Development Oman."Exploration plans during the initial three-year exploration program include acquiring 800 km of seismic data, reprocessing 4,000 km of existing seismic data, which will be followed up by a drilling program covering a minimum of four initial exploratory wells," the company said.
