Six-tank trailer has cracking problem licked

It may look like a retrogressive step but Allan Stobart is convinced that his new spirit tanker makes good sense. Instead of the usual smooth, weight-paring chassis-less monocoque tank, it has a row of six small individual tanks sitting atop a chassis with substantial I-beams. It all looks low-tech, but Mr Stobart says it is the product of real-world experience.
