(CNOOC) and Turkey’s state TPAO to devel- op the 2.5 billion bbl Missan oil field com- plex in southern Iraq, a senior oil official said Thursday (IOD Mar.3,p1). China’s Sinochem is no longer part of the deal, Ab- dul-Mahdy al-Ameedi, director of the Oil Ministry’s licensing and contracting office, told Reuters.
