摘要

Despite oil's recent rally toward $60 per barrel, the US government took a rather sober view of the market in its latest forecast which was released on Tuesday. In its latest Short-Term Energy Outlook, the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) projects that US benchmark West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude will average $51.70/bbl in 2009 and $57.75/bbl next year.
