摘要

Global oil balances got some unexpected help from Norway in April, according to preliminary data from the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD), as oil output slid to 2.283 million barrels per day. But there is no evidence that the cut was deliberate or part of any pact with Opec to shore up oil prices as Norway did at the start of the decade. Rather, unexpected problems at a handful of fields compounded the effect of the start of the spring-summer maintenance season to produce much lower than anticipated oil output
