Petrovietnam plans to sell bonds by the end of this year with the aim of raising $500 million-$1 billion, an official said last week. “We are now finalizing plans to issue the bonds during the second half,” he said. The funds will be used for investments in a range of projects, including producing fields, pow- er plants and fertilizer units.
